Channel
WhatsApp has over 2 billion monthly active users. For businesses in LATAM, MENA, Europe, and Southeast Asia, it is the primary customer communication channel, not email, not live chat, not a support portal. Building AI into WhatsApp means reaching customers where they already are, without asking them to download an app or learn a new interface.
We build on the WhatsApp Business Platform API, the official Meta-approved route for production deployments. That means proper phone number verification, approved message templates for outbound notifications, and architecture that respects the 24-hour messaging window. No unofficial APIs, no grey-zone solutions that get your number banned.
A WhatsApp AI project with us typically covers the conversation flow design, the AI integration, the backend connections to your CRM or booking system, and the full WhatsApp Business API onboarding process, including Meta approval.

Four categories of WhatsApp AI agents. Each one is a distinct architecture, not the same bot reskinned.
An AI that handles the first layer of support (answers FAQs, retrieves order status, resolves common issues) and escalates to a human agent when the conversation requires it. Handoff includes full conversation context so the agent doesn't start from scratch.
Two-way booking flows on WhatsApp connected to your calendar system: Google Calendar, Calendly, or a custom scheduling backend. The bot confirms, reschedules, and sends reminders without any manual intervention.
Customers send a message asking where their order is. The bot queries your ecommerce backend or logistics API, formats a clear response, and sends it within seconds. No login required, no app to download.
Inbound WhatsApp enquiries get triaged by an AI that asks qualifying questions, scores the lead, and creates a contact record in your CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive) with the conversation transcript attached.
Access to the WhatsApp Business Platform API comes through Meta directly or through an approved Business Solution Provider. We have experience with all four routes below and can advise on which is right for your volume and timeline.
WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta)
The official Meta-managed API. Required for production deployments. Approval can take 1–4 weeks.
Twilio
Managed WhatsApp Business API access via Twilio. Faster onboarding than direct Meta access for most teams.
360dialog
WhatsApp Business Solution Provider with direct API access and lower per-message pricing for high-volume deployments.
WATI
WhatsApp Business API platform with built-in team inbox. Useful when your team needs shared conversation management alongside the AI layer.
We turn down projects where WhatsApp is the wrong channel or where our approach doesn't match the team's needs.
US-only businesses where WhatsApp penetration is low
In the United States, WhatsApp usage is much lower than in LATAM, MENA, Europe, and Southeast Asia. If your entire customer base is in the US and shows no WhatsApp engagement, SMS or iMessage is likely the right channel. We will tell you honestly during discovery if WhatsApp is the wrong fit.
Teams who want a no-code WhatsApp bot
We build custom software. If you need a simple auto-reply bot that can be configured in a no-code platform like WATI, ManyChat, or Respond.io, we are not the right team. We are right for teams whose requirements exceed what those platforms support.
Businesses that cannot wait for API access approval
WhatsApp Business API access requires Meta approval, which typically takes 1–4 weeks. If you need a working bot in under two weeks, WhatsApp cannot meet that timeline. We will scope accordingly or suggest an alternative channel for the interim.
Tell us your use case and the volume of conversations you expect. We'll reply within one business day with a scope and price range.
