WayFind Labs ("we", "us", "our") operates the website at wayfindlabs.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit or contact us, how we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have over it.
We collect only what we need. We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising.

When you submit a form on the site, we collect your name, email address, company name (if provided), and the message or project description you write. We also collect the time and source page of your submission.
We use Vercel Analytics to measure site traffic. Vercel Analytics is privacy-friendly: it does not use cookies, does not track individuals across sites, and reports only aggregate page view counts, referring domains, and device categories. No personally identifiable information is stored in analytics.
We use the information from form submissions for two purposes:

Our contact forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent automated spam submissions. Turnstile runs a lightweight challenge in your browser to confirm you are a human. Form submissions are retained in our Notion database for as long as the business relationship is active or potentially active, typically two years. If you ask us to delete your record, we will do so within 14 days and confirm by email.
Vercel Analytics data is aggregate and does not contain personal information; no individual-level records are stored.

This site does not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. Vercel Analytics operates without cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may set a short-lived functional cookie to complete its human verification challenge; this cookie expires at the end of your browser session and is not used for tracking.
If we make material changes to how we handle personal data, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes we will add a notice to the homepage for 30 days.
