By accessing or using the WayFind Labs website at wayfindlabs.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site.
These Terms apply to all visitors and anyone who submits a contact form or otherwise interacts with the Site. They do not govern client engagements, which are covered by a separate statement of work and services agreement signed before any work begins.
This Site is an informational marketing website for WayFind Labs, a software engineering studio. It describes our service offerings, provides pricing guidance, and allows potential clients to contact us.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Site. We may take the Site offline for maintenance, upgrades, or any other reason without notice. We are not liable for any loss caused by Site downtime or unavailability.
Content on the Site (including pricing ranges, timelines, and technical descriptions) is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer or contract. All engagements require a separate written agreement.
All content on this Site (including text, design, graphics, code, and structure) is owned by or licensed to WayFind Labs. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of this Site without our prior written permission.
This restriction applies to the Site content only. It does not affect intellectual property rights in software we build for clients, which are governed by the relevant client agreement (typically a full IP transfer to the client at project close).

Technical information and pricing data on the Site reflect our best estimates at the time of writing. AI infrastructure costs, model capabilities, and market pricing change frequently. Verify current figures with the relevant providers before making financial decisions.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WayFind Labs and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this Site or any content on it, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Site is limited to $100 USD. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action and does not affect liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

WayFind Labs currently operates as an independent studio and has not yet completed formal incorporation. We will designate a specific governing jurisdiction in these Terms once the studio is incorporated, and will update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Until then, any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If the changes are material, we will add a notice to the homepage for 30 days.
