Zendesk Integration
Every support team has a category of tickets that account for 60% of volume but require the same three answers every time. We build AI that identifies those tickets, drafts the response from your knowledge base, and presents it to the agent for a one-click send, or routes it entirely without agent involvement for the simple cases.
The AI is trained on your ticket history and your KB, not generic customer support data. It knows your product, your tone, and which issues need a human.

Six AI capabilities that reduce manual work in your Zendesk support queue.
Every incoming ticket gets classified by topic, product area, and priority based on its content, not just subject line keywords. Classification feeds routing and reporting without manual tagging.
Route tickets to the right agent group automatically based on AI classification. Billing questions go to billing. Technical errors go to Tier 2. Urgent keywords trigger immediate escalation. No manual triage queue.
When an agent opens a ticket, the AI has already drafted a response based on your knowledge base articles and similar resolved tickets. The agent edits and sends, or sends as-is if the draft is accurate.
Identify tickets with escalation signals before the customer asks for a supervisor: repeated contact, tone shift, high-value account, SLA breach approaching. Flag them early so a senior agent can intervene.
Score each resolved ticket for predicted CSAT based on response time, number of touches, agent tone, and issue complexity. Flag predicted-low scores for a follow-up before the survey goes out.
Analyse tickets that required custom agent responses to identify topics your KB doesn’t cover. Surface the top ten gaps each month so your content team knows what to write.
How different types of support teams use a custom Zendesk AI integration.
Common technical questions (password resets, billing queries, how-to questions covered in your documentation) get AI-drafted responses that agents send with one click. Tier-1 handle time drops by half. Complex issues still go to experienced agents.
Order status, return requests, and shipping questions are classified and routed automatically. For order status queries, the AI can retrieve the order from your system and draft the full response. Agents only touch the exceptions.
Tickets from enterprise accounts get routed to dedicated CSMs. Tickets from accounts in a renewal window get flagged. Tickets from churned accounts get routed to a win-back queue. The AI reads the Zendesk organization record to make the decision.
Overnight tickets get classified, prioritised, and drafted while your team sleeps. Morning shift agents open a sorted queue with response drafts ready. First-response time on overnight tickets drops to minutes.
Zendesk has AI features. Here is why teams with real support complexity hire us instead.
Zendesk’s AI features require expensive tiers
Advanced AI and automation features in Zendesk are locked to Suite Professional and above, which costs significantly more than the basic tiers. Custom integration uses the Zendesk API (available on all plans) and brings in AI that you pay for at cost.
Generic AI doesn’t know your product
Zendesk’s built-in AI is trained on generic support patterns. Custom AI trains on your actual ticket history, your knowledge base, and your product terminology. It knows what a “sync error” means in the context of your specific application.
Your routing logic is complex
Most support teams have routing rules that go beyond simple keyword matching: account tier, product line, agent skill level, SLA tier, time of day. Custom integration can implement your exact routing logic, not a simplified approximation.
