Use Case
The highest-value part of an SDR’s job is the conversation, the discovery call, the objection handling, the relationship. The lowest-value part is researching each prospect and writing a first-touch email that may never get a reply. AI handles the low-value work well.
We build AI SDR agents that research prospects, write personalized outreach, run multi-touch sequences, qualify replies, and book meetings, handing off to your human AEs only once there’s a real opportunity worth their time.
Tell us about your current outbound process.
Six components that together replace the research-and-outreach portion of the SDR role, while keeping humans in the conversation.
For each new lead, the system pulls company data, recent news, LinkedIn profile details, and firmographic signals before a single word of outreach is written. The email references something real, not a generic template.
The AI writes a first-touch email based on the research. It follows your messaging framework and tone guidelines. Each email is unique to the prospect, not a mail-merge with a first-name token.
After the first email, the system runs a defined follow-up sequence (email, LinkedIn connection request, and optional voicemail drop) on a schedule you control. Replies pause the sequence automatically.
When a lead fills out a form or replies to outreach, the system asks qualifying questions via email or chat to determine budget, timeline, and fit, before routing to a human rep.
The system detects positive replies, out-of-office responses, and unsubscribe requests. Interested replies trigger an immediate handoff notification to a human AE with full context attached.
Qualified leads get a calendar link and the system follows up if they don’t book. Once booked, the meeting is added to the AE’s calendar with a prospect brief and conversation history.
From new lead in CRM to booked meeting, the full sequence.
New lead enters CRM
Via form fill, list import, or manual entry. The system picks up new contacts automatically from your CRM, no manual trigger required.
AI researches company and person
The system pulls publicly available information: company size, industry, recent news, job postings, LinkedIn summary, and any signals that indicate fit or timing.
Writes personalized first-touch email
Using the research and your messaging framework, the AI drafts a first-touch email. It references something specific to the prospect, not a generic opener about how it hopes this email finds them well.
Sends via email and LinkedIn
The email sends from your rep’s actual email address. The LinkedIn connection request (if in scope) sends from their profile. From the prospect’s perspective, it looks like a human reached out.
Tracks replies and qualifies
Positive replies trigger qualification questions. The AI asks about timeline, current situation, and decision-making process (the same questions your best SDR would ask) and records the answers.
Books calendar link and hands to AE
Once qualified, the prospect receives a calendar link. When they book, the AE gets a notification with the full conversation history, research summary, and qualification answers.
The right fit is a B2B sales team with a defined ICP and enough lead volume to justify automation.
Teams with defined ICP and messaging who are generating enough leads to justify automation but spending too much rep time on research and first-touch activities that follow predictable patterns.
Marketing teams driving inbound volume who need faster lead response and qualification. The average B2B lead response time is 42 hours, the AI responds in minutes.
Managers dealing with high rep turnover because the SDR role is mostly repetitive research and email writing. An AI handles that volume so human SDRs focus on calls and relationship development.
Any B2B business running outbound campaigns where the research-to-email ratio is high and personalization quality directly affects reply rates.
We’d rather tell you upfront than take a project that won’t deliver the result you need.
High-touch enterprise deals requiring human relationships from first contact
If your average deal size is above $500K and your buyers expect a known human to reach out (not an automated sequence) AI outreach will hurt more than help. The relationship is the product at that level.
Regulated industries where AI outreach creates compliance issues
Financial services, healthcare, and certain government-adjacent industries have strict rules about automated communications and disclosure requirements. Verify compliance requirements before deploying AI outreach in these sectors.
Tell us your ICP, current monthly lead volume, and which CRM you use. We’ll reply within one business day with a rough scope and price range.
