Use Case
The delay in quote generation is almost never about judgment. It’s about finding the right product combinations, applying the correct pricing tier, getting discount approval, and formatting the document. All of that follows rules. Rules can be automated.
We build AI quote generation systems that take deal parameters from your reps, query your product catalog and pricing rules, apply discounting logic, generate the quote document, and sync to your CRM, so a quote that currently takes days goes out in minutes.

Six components that together replace the manual work of quote building, while keeping reps in control of what goes to the customer.
The rep inputs deal parameters (customer, product mix, quantities, contract term, customer tier) through a structured form or CRM record. This triggers the quote generation process.
The system queries your product catalog to identify the right SKUs, configurations, and bundles for the deal parameters entered. Complex product relationships and compatibility rules are handled automatically.
Pricing logic (volume tiers, customer tier discounts, promotional rates, contractual pricing) is applied automatically. The same rules that currently live in a spreadsheet or in a salesperson’s head.
Standard discounts apply automatically within defined bounds. Discounts that exceed threshold require approval before the quote finalizes. The rep sees what’s auto-approved and what needs escalation.
The system generates the quote document in your template (PDF, Word, or a web link) with the correct line items, pricing, terms, and customer details. The rep reviews and sends.
Generated quotes push back to your CRM opportunity and, if you have a CPQ tool, sync with the CPQ record. Quote status, revisions, and acceptance are tracked without manual updates.
From deal parameters to quote sent, the full sequence.
Sales rep inputs deal parameters
The rep enters the customer name, requested products or use case, contract term, and any special requirements. This can happen directly in the CRM or via a simple intake form.
AI queries product catalog and pricing rules
The system identifies the right products, configurations, and applicable pricing rules for the deal. Volume tiers, customer-specific pricing, and bundle discounts are applied automatically.
Discounting logic applied
Standard discounts are applied within the rep’s approved authority. Discounts requiring manager approval are flagged, and the approval request goes out automatically with the quote context attached.
Quote document generated
The system produces the quote document in your template with all line items, pricing, totals, and terms populated correctly. The rep receives a preview for review.
Rep reviews and adjusts
The rep reviews the generated quote, makes any adjustments within their authority, and can add custom notes or cover letter text. The system logs all changes.
Sent to customer, synced to CRM
The rep sends the finalized quote directly from the system or exports to send from their email. CRM opportunity and CPQ records update automatically.
The right fit is a B2B sales team with a complex product catalog where most of the quoting logic follows repeatable rules.
Teams where getting a quote right requires knowledge of product configurations, compatibility rules, and pricing tiers that currently live in tribal knowledge or a complex spreadsheet. Deals are lost while reps figure out the right configuration.
Operations teams spending significant time managing the spreadsheet or CPQ configuration that reps use to build quotes, and fielding requests when something breaks or a rep quotes the wrong price.
CFOs and finance leaders who want to know that every quote follows the approved pricing rules, and have an audit trail showing that it did. Manual quote building creates pricing risk.
We’d rather tell you upfront than take a project that won’t deliver the result you need.
Simple single-product pricing
If your product has one SKU and a fixed price, building an automated quote generation system is unnecessary overhead. A PDF template handles this.
Highly negotiated enterprise deals where every quote is one-of-a-kind
If your average deal requires a custom commercial structure that doesn’t follow repeatable rules (custom payment terms, unique product bundles, fully bespoke contracts) the automation will cover only a fraction of the work. The right fit is when most of the pricing logic is rule-based, even if individual deals have some negotiation on top.
Tell us how many products are in your catalog, how pricing rules currently work, and which CRM you use. We’ll reply within one business day with a rough scope and price range.
